The NutricalcApp is a comprehensive tool tailored for clinical Registered Dietitians (RDs) seeking efficiency in their practice.

Developed by seasoned RDs from Stanford Hospital and Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, this app is designed to streamline all nutrition support requirements. It has been carefully crafted to save valuable time, estimating a minimum of 10 minutes per patient encounter, truly serving as an indispensable asset for any RD.

Refined through rigorous testing in various patient care scenarios, the NutricalcApp condenses essential features into three user-friendly screens. The app boasts an all-encompassing approach to meet the demands of daily clinical practice, reflecting the developers' year-long personal utilization and validation.
 
The meticulous attention to detail is evident in the automation of calculations, notably in tube feeding formulas, eliminating the need for manual computations. By collating necessary information in a precise manner, the app simplifies complex processes, offering a seamless experience for RDs.
 
The app features three main screens:

 <li>Quick Nutrition Needs: Aiding in the swift determination of BMI, IBW, energy requirements, and protein needs, incorporating various factors such as stress considerations and protein multipliers.</li>
 <li>Instant Tube Feeds: Facilitating rapid calculations of essential parameters like total volume, calorie content, protein and carbohydrate quantities, and free water intake.</li>
 <li>Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Calculator: Offering calculations based on infusion rate and duration preferences, allowing for flexible input options in grams or percentage of dextrose, amino acids, and lipids.</li>
